Justice K. G. Balakrishnan as Chief of Patrons
All India Sustainable Development Council (AISDC)
Justice K. G. Balakrishnan served as the former Chief Justice of India and later as the former Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission of India, contributing significantly to the advancement of constitutional values, human rights, and judicial integrity in India.
His distinguished career reflects a lifelong commitment to justice, equity, and institutional strengthening—principles that strongly align with AISDC’s mission of promoting sustainable development, inclusive governance, environmental responsibility, and social justice.
As Chief of Patrons, Justice Balakrishnan provides moral leadership, strategic guidance, and institutional credibility to AISDC’s national and international initiatives, reinforcing the Council’s commitment to sustainable progress rooted in constitutional values and human dignity.

Shri Tushar Arun Gandhi
The All India Sustainable Development Council (AISDC) is honoured to have Tushar Gandhi as one of its distinguished Patrons.
Shri Tushar Arun Gandhi is an Indian author and public speaker, the son of Arun Manilal Gandhi and the great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi. He carries forward a legacy rooted in non-violence, ethical leadership, social justice, and grassroots empowerment.
In March 2005, he led the historic 75th anniversary re-enactment of the Dandi March, commemorating the iconic 1930 Salt March that became a defining moment in India’s freedom movement. Through this symbolic act, he reinforced the continuing relevance of peaceful civic action and moral courage in contemporary society.
Shri Tushar Gandhi also serves as the Chairman of the Mahatma Gandhi Foundation, working to preserve and promote Gandhian philosophy, truth, non-violence, and sustainable living principles.
His association with AISDC strengthens the Council’s commitment to human dignity, inclusive development, ethical governance, and sustainability rooted in Gandhian values.
